50 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I had a nice private balcony overlooking a stream. The tub was too small, but we opted not to have jacuzzi room.

It was a very nice motel, with a great view with a balcony overlooking the river. I would recommend it highly.
This hotel made me feel excited: The comfortable seating on the balcony made me feel excited.

I have stayed at several hotels in Cherokee and found this to be the best one to stay in. It is only about a mile to the Casino. The rooms have recently been remodeled and actually look like suites. There is an incredible view from the back balcony with a stream. I have not tried their breakfast but heard it was decent. This hotel is convenient to shopping and dining. My only dislike about this hotel was the checkout process. The clerk took about 10 minutes just to give me my receipt on my last stay here in May 2007. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cheroke, NC.
