30 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for business

The bed was very comfortable and the staff was great and very helpful. The location is pretty convenient, in an okay part of town and near plenty of restaurants and the highway. Our non-smoking room, however, smelled very strongly of smoke and there was also an ashtray in the room.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The wireless internet worked fine and was very convenient, allowing me to stay connected.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Inn Champaign.
I would not recommend it to friends.

They offer good service, clean rooms, a good location and a fair price.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Champaign.

The hotel was clean, bright, and cheerful. However our room had a noticeable cleaning chemical odor.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Champaign.

The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't have time to use the pools or Jacuzzi. I would have used a workout room if they had one.

This hotel made me feel welcome: My room keys were ready and the staff gave me clear directions to where I wanted to go.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Champaign.
I might recommend it to friends.
