Small but reasonably clean room.Low water pressure, but it is NYC.Staff friendly,near subway and dinind,seemed safe at night.DECENT PRICE

The room was clean-important to me. Room was small but big enough for two. Excellent location. Comfortable bed. Nice complimentary breakfast.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Central Park West.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

73 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

I booked two rooms for three nights. I loved the location and felt very secure and safe. Employers were very friendly and helpful. The closeness to the Metropolitan Opera and Central Park was great. Rooms were small but very clean and cozy. Typical of the European hotels. Breakfast great.

Sam upfront was too cute for words. I'll be back.

By the way I'm 73 and my friend was 60. Charlotte Miller

The location was wonderful. The staff very pleasant. The breakfast was satisfactory, good choices, and helpful when you have an early appointment. The room was clean, but small. I would definitely return but would want a larger room.

I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I hated There ,the only thing that kept ME there was the hotel emoloyee EMANUAL AND THE NICE PAKISTANI MAN NOT SURE HIS NAME AND IF IT WERE FOR NOT EMANUAEL I WOULD HAVE LEFT..THEY CHARGE CROWN PLAZA PRICES . SUZANNE FARANSO
