Horrible

The hotel needs major cleaning in the room. The sheet was not changed. I still see hair in bed from the night before. The bath room smell so bad. I had to dump the entire shampoo bottle to clean the toilet and floor. The room had ants in bed,...

The telephone didn't work, and they were supposed to replace it and didn't, even after going to the front desk twice. Secondly, the remote control to the television didn't work, we went to the front desk to get another one, and that one didn't work
