49 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Hotel failed to honor confirmed reservation made on Comfort Inn website. To make matters worse, the staff was very reluctant to accept responsibility for solving the problem and wanted us to find alternative accommodation on our own. Only when we insisted that they find us a room for the night did we get any assistance. Found a room at the MicroTel where we were treated very well and would stay again. Visit back to the Comfort Inn to see the General Manager the next morning was unsuccessful and promise by Day Manager to have her call us has been unfulfilled.
My recommendation for this property is to stay away. Stays at other Comfort Inns have been very nice. Seems this property follows its own set of rules.

58 year old female with an economy budget, traveling for leisure
The room obviously hadn't been cleaned. The wastebasket was full. The carpet dirty. The toilet overflowed and when we asked for help, someone came and looked at it and never came back to clean up or fix the toilet. It had dirty sheets and there was a dirty sneaker print on one of the pillowcases.
I am not likely
to return to the Comfort Inn Carrier Circle.
I would not recommend it to friends.
