Clean hotel with nice rooms

Clean hotel with nice rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Great indoor pool and hot tub. Nice free breakfast. Near restaurants. Loved everything about this hotel and the staff. Would recommend to everyone. Two computers for guests near lobby.

The front desk is happy to take your reservation and money, but once you check in, the front desk will inform you that even though you have a mute dog that you must keep it in your car. I didn't even try for a complete refund, I only wanted the ten dollars they charged me for my poor, vocal chord deficient scottish terrier, but Ann at the front desk was rude and greedy. I leave knowing my dog will never suffer again at a Comfort Inn, anywhere. The front desk at the Burlington Colorado location needs a refresher course on honesty, customer service, and fraud. Do not believe the web site like I did, only your dog will suffer.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Burlington.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
