The place is clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to the interstate.

The location and price were excellent. The staff was pleasant but not accommodating. I experienced plumbing problems in the room and was offered neither a solution nor another room. I would not visit that location in the future.

It was ok. I was there for Baseball tournament. The staff was friendly.

The hotel was ok. But it was in need of updating, paint rugs etc.

It was a nice stay. It is in a lovely area.

The hotel is close to stores and the expressway. We had our family reunion at the hotel and everything was excellent. The employees gave outstanding service and the rooms were excellent.

This hotel made me feel respected: They provided excellent service. I am handicapped and they got things for me or helped me a lot.

Overall, the hotel was nice. But the jacuzzi did not work, water was shooting everywhere. When I contacted the hotel staff, they made no suggestions nor did they remedy the situation. It was my honeymoon and I asked for an appropriate room when I made the reservation. The agent said that was the best room the hotel had and it was unacceptable.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We would stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Check-in was a little slow due to the number of people in line, and there was only one person behind the counter. I heard the manager say they were in the middle of renovating, and some of the rooms smelled like paint and construction, so he went up to the room before he assigned it to us to make sure it was satisfactory. We did not notice any odor at all. In fact, the room was beautiful, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean. Breakfast in the morning was nice, also.
