We refused 2 rooms due to bad odors. The first was a recently converted smoking room, that had all of the original furnishings left behind. All reeking of smoke. The second room about knocked us off our feet when we entered the room. We never did figure out the aroma but it made the smoking room seem not so bad. Finally after being told that no other rooms were available i asked if they would upgrade up to another room. That finally led to us being given a mini-suite in the "new" part of the hotel. That room was wonderful without any odor problem. The rest of our stay was enjoyable. I would advise all travelers to make sure they stay in the newer part of the hotel.

Horrible
Got stuck booking a smoking room online, during a busy weekend. When I checked in, rooms were available....but I was not allowed to change. The room & towels positively reeked. At least the beds were comfy.
