Comfort Inn Boston Heights Hotel - Page 1

The room was musty. The in-room a/c unit was so noisy that we had to put a suitcase on top of it to weigh down the rattle it made; it spit out very little cool air. The tub was stained and dirty. The drain in the tub was so clogged that taking a shower meant standing in four inches of water. The treadmill in the exercise room was broken and one of the weight machines had a frayed strap. The pool was murky. Although the price was reasonable, I'm sorry I did not stay in one of the many other hotels in the vicinity. A real disappointment!

I stay at the Boston Heights Comfort Inn every time I travel to that area of Ohio and have been doing so for over 6 years. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are nice and the value is exceptional. The breakfast was very nice and we really appreciated the pool, the staff and the ease of getting to our room.

The location was right on the road and it was good. Everything was clean and quiet and comfortable. The breakfast included was lovely.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in so far. I am business man, and work for corporation. I stay all over the US, and this Comfort Inn will beat all of them. Great Hotel as well as great staff. Thank you.
