Comfort Inn Boonville Hotel - Page 1

My experience at Comfort Inn was awful! All I asked for was another pillow, and in order for me to get one I had to go to the laundry room where I was met by a hateful woman who told me that I already had pillows on my bed!

I like to have more then two pillows, I told her. The woman yanked the pillow from the shelf, and told me that I was going to have to pay her extra! I told her I wanted to speak to management. She said she was management and laughed! We then demanded our money back! The woman said she was sorry, that she was in a bad mood because she was fasting and hadn't ate in a couple of days.

Well, that wasn't our fault! I won't go back there!

They were very accommodating. We were traveling with forty band students and they were very helpful.

The inn is clean and in a convenient location, and is priced right.

This inn is in a good location off the highway. It has comfortable rooms. The complimentary breakfast area was very crowded - there was a busload of seniors when we were there and we had to stand and wait to get piece of fruit, etc., for breakfast.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I felt welcome because they told us what time breakfast was and where there was a good place to eat dinner. And then asked if there was anything else they could do for us.
