Bismarck has one of the best Comfort Inn motels that I have stayed in on trips. The staff is friendly and more than willing to go out of their way to help.

I appreciate having a microwave, a coffee maker and a refrigerator in the room. The hotel is conveniently located off the interstate.

It is an excellent hotel. I have stayed there for many years. It is a well run operation and it has a good staff.

When I am in Bismarck, the Comfort Inn hotel is my choice due to the convenience and the shuttle service to and from the airport. They are nice people to deal with.

The location is perfect for us. The pool was good, the sauna needed some work done but the hot tub worked, so I enjoyed the overnight stay.

The maid broke something in my refrigerator and after I report the incident to the desk I received a gift certificate.

The room was not cleaned when we went to check in and when we came back after an hour, they still had not started. We had to wait outside the room, while they rushed to clean the room.

We have always enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn hotel in Bismarck. It is clean and it has good employees.

I guess I was surprised by the inattentiveness of the front desk staff. My credit card needed to be run twice because the rate had been entered wrongly and no credit was given on my Rewards Card. The two people at the desk at check in seemed to have other things on their minds than the customers. The cleaning staff and the folks at the front desk during check out did an excellent job. The Bismarck Comfort Inn hotel is normally a great place to stay. The only advice I could give future guests there would be to watch their receipts for pricing errors and strongly stress any special or unusual requests.

The location was good right off interstate, so there was no trouble finding it. The bar was good.

This Comfort Inn has an excellent reputation for the business traveler. It far exceeds other Comfort Inns and I consider this the comparison of a standard to other hotels/motels.
