61 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
When checking in I discovered the pool was undergoing renovation and would not be open until 6:00 p.m. each day of my stay. One reason for making a reservation at the Comfort Inn was so my granddaughter could swim. At 12:30 a.m. the next morning, I had to call the front desk because of a party going on in the room above me. Two days later, at 7:00 a.m., a power outage occurred which was a major inconvenience. When I was checking out, I asked if there was any compensation for all of these issues. I was told "no" in a very brusque manner. While I understand things happen, even a simple apology would have been appreciated.
I am not likely
to return to the Comfort Inn Billings.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Horrible
When walking up to this hotel there was a patron hanging out of his window drinking a beer, this should have been my first inclination that this was not a place to stay especially with a 5 years old with special needs.
