Comfort Inn Bellville Hotel - Page 1

My niece and I took our families to this hotel for my daughter's fifth birthday. After a day in the pool, my daughter vomited repeatedly. I thought it might be the chlorine so I kept my daughter out of the pool. The management never notified guests that several children had become ill and that the chlorine levels were extremely high, nor did they close the pool. According to the owner they have adjusted the chemical levels in the pool as a result of my experience. Upon complaining no compensation was offered and no one ever expressed concern for my daughter's health.

I had a pleasant stay there.

I would have liked to have used the pool but the hotel staff would not let adults only use the pool after hours. The location was great but made for tight turning for buses. They need an elevator.

This hotel made me feel secure: The outside doors were monitored and if propped open a staff person showed up very fast to make sure all was well.

The hotel is in a great location for us when traveling through Ohio. It's convenient to the interstate. It's always clean.

The staff was great; very kind and efficient. The pool had a fun slide and other water toys -- great for families! The free wireless Internet was a pleasant surprise. All in all, it was a great stay!
