Comfort Inn Bardstown Hotel

It was fine. We stopped late at night and we left pretty early. Some motels offer breakfast and it would have nice if the Comfort Inn hotel did too.

My boyfriend and I did not appreciate the desk clerk and the manager barging into our room in the middle of the night because of the lack of communication. We had paid for an additional night and no one informed the manager.

The hotel staff proved helpful in resolving an unexpected situation concerning my room. Their attentiveness to the problem and their respect for my belongings as they assisted me in moving to another room impressed me. All hotel areas were clean or appeared recently cleaned. Because of the weather the entry floor was tracked with recent footprints. I would stay there again.

This hotel made me feel pampered: When a problem arose, the best possible solution was to move me to another room. The front desk sent people to physically move my belongings to a new room.

The hotel had a friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms, reasonable prices and an excellent continental breakfast, exactly what I would have expected from Comfort Inn hotels.
