42 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The hotel was conveniently located. The staff was very nice. I would recommend it.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Everyone was very helpful. They made it seem we were very important to them.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Ballston.
I might recommend it to friends.

51 year old woman with a luxury budget, traveling for business

The staff was extremely rude and incompetent. The location was further from transportation than described. The room was shabby.

I am not likely to return to the Comfort Inn Ballston.
I would not recommend it to friends.

I had an unplanned stop here. I was glad to get a room. My room was convenient and clean. The price was good.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Inn Ballston.

The location was good. The personnel were very efficient. The beds and lighting need work.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The owner was friendly, attentive, and more than willing to assist in any way.
