Comfort Inn Augusta Hotel

Supposedly, the floor I stayed on had just been reopened because all the rooms had been remodeled. My room had burnt out light bulbs and the carpet was dirty! Ironically I had stayed in this exact same room two years ago and I saw absolutely no changes in it.

This hotel was terrible. Our room was not clean, the hot tub outside was broken and it had been for sometime, the elevator's certification had expired, the continental breakfast was poor and the bed was like a rock. I will not go back. We have complained to the corporate office, nothing has been done, other than an apology. We cut our stay short.

It was surprisingly quiet and clean. They had great beds.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! It was the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. The room was a nice size. The staff is very friendly and efficient.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff was polite and ready to help me in any way they could.

The non-smoking room smelt of stale cigarette smoke. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable. The TV channels were limited. Still, it seemed to be one of the nicer hotels in Augusta. They had an incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I would probably stay at this inn again.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The associates at the hotel were very friendly and kind.
