23 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I found that the check in process was very slow. Also, the hotel itself was in a state of disarray due to some renovations. We stayed in the basement and I felt that it was rather scary. It will probably be very nice once the remodeling is complete.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Inn Ashland.
I might recommend it to friends.

I thought the room was overpriced for the quality, but I was happy with the stay.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Inn Ashland.

It is clean, comfortable and the desk clerk is very informative and nice.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Ashland.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was nice that could take my dog there, but the place smelled like urine and cigarette smoke.

I am not likely to return to the Comfort Inn Ashland.
I would not recommend it to friends.
