I booked a room via an online website ... they did not have the reservation - their fault, but the hotel provided me with a comparable room. The room was comfortable, clean, and with all the typical amenities, plus ... i.e. ironing board/iron, hairdyer, coffee pot. There was even a microwave and fridge in the room. I cannot say enough about their continental breakfast. The food was plentiful, fresh, and delicious. I had occasion to deal with the desk manager on 2 different shifts and found them both congenial and helpful. I will be going again to Ashevill and will book with Comfort Inn again.
