Comfort Inn Arkadelphia Hotel

Our stay was basically OK, however, we were charged for two blankets that were NEVER in the room to start with. Never thought about these items not being in the room since we do not sleep under a blanket during the summer season. After several calls to the manager, we were all but accused of lying. Manager did not even want to hear about it, "you have to understand our position, the blankets were reported as missing from your room and therefore you will be charged $52".

My advise to any choosing to stay here: Inventory EVERYTHING in the room when you first check-in!

If that's not something you want to deal with - go somewhere else.

The floor of the room did not appear clean. The noise from the outside was terribly loud, so loud that I would never stay at another Comfort Inn.

It was a typical hotel, with a nice location and near a good Cracker Barrel restaurant.

We were overcharged. We only had three occupants but we were charged for four and the manager refused to make an adjustment. I will definitely take this into consideration on future bookings.

It's a nice place to stop and rest overnight. It has easy access on and off the interstate. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and neat.
