I changed to Comfort inn because the Guest Inn was filthy. My room was ok, but hotel was under remodel, and very noisy and parts of hotel had lots of wear and tear. After the first night i stayed, i returned the next evening to find my key card not working, so i went to the front desk where the employee blamed it on the person who took the reservation, and showed little compassion. When i asked about my cloths she brought them to me with a note on them, that said left in room. I then asked about the beverages i left in the fridge, and she laughed and said the maids take them home. At this point i said give me my bill, I'm out of here. I tried to reach the manager by phone, but he has not returned my call, why am i not surprised....The front desk clerk acted like she was on speed, as her jaw was moving 90 miles per hour, i don't recommend this hotel to anyone, they should start by hiring competent and friendly employees.

It was fine. The price was a little high.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Inn Ardmore.
I might recommend it to friends.

The hotel has a great location. It is very handy for travelers on I-35. The restaurants nearby are very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms need a little work. The toilet was noisy. The motel is starting to show its age.

This hotel made me feel respected: I have stayed here several times and they are always friendly and very helpful.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Ardmore.
I might recommend it to friends.

We had confirmed reservations, checked in, got our card keys, and when my wife opened the door to our room, she walked in on a couple guys that were there for a baseball tournament! While I went to straighten the mess out, my wife was in the hall outside "our" room and ran across the maintenance guy, who said that these double-bookings "happen all the time".

All the hotel had left was a king with a sofa, not good enough for three people. They sent us over to another hotel, saying they had a double-bed room, but didn't bother telling us it was a smoking room, which we were emphatically against. When we returned to the Comfort Inn, the management would do nothing for us, and to make matters worse, they weren't even the least bit apologetic for their mistake. In fact, they acted pretty incompetent at keeping on top of things there. All the non-smoking double rooms in town were booked, so we had to drive another 30 miles to find a place. We'll never stop there again! Travelers beware!

I am not likely to return to the Comfort Inn Ardmore.
I would not recommend it to friends.

56 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

My family and I had made reservations a week or so ahead, and, when we arrived at 8 p.m., our two rooms still had not been cleaned for us. After a 22-hour drive, from the Midwest, we sat in the lobby for another 1/2 hr. to 45 minutes, with three little ones, waiting for at least one of the rooms to be cleaned, so we could freshen up for a family dinner with our Ardmore relatives, and ended up making my sweet 84-yr old father, along with several others wait for us, because of the hotel's neglect. When I spoke to the front desk manager, he apologized, and then stared off in the distance, to ignore me, and never ventured off of his stool, as my daughter was struggling to locate a baggage cart, with a 7-month old baby in her arms.

Because the poor maid had to hurry through the cleaning of our rooms, the cleanliness was seriously lacking in both of our rooms, and the manager was not willing to make an adjustment or find us upgraded rooms, so we checked out the next morning. The hotel lost almost $1,000, because we were scheduled to stay for five nights. We managed to find wonderful accommodations a couple of doors down the street. On the positive side, I have to say that Dana, the morning desk clerk, was a wonderful, wonderful lady, and tried her best to resolve the issue, but it was just too late to reverse our poor experience. We have stayed in Comfort Inns across the nation, and will again, but I'm sorry, we just can't come back to the Comfort Inn, in Ardmore, OK.

I am not likely to return to the Comfort Inn Ardmore.
I would not recommend it to friends.
