Comfort Inn Anderson Hotel - Page 2

The location in Anderson was very convenient to everything. It was a pleasure to stay there.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Everyone was very nice and helped out whenever they were asked to. The staff and maintenance were very hospitable.

I look for cleanliness and the Comfort Inn is very clean; even in the corners of the bathrooms, there was no dirt.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The inn had pleasant and friendly girls and men at the desk answering our questions, and they had a nice breakfast set up.

The bathtubs were not clean in any room we were shown. We were not offered the 100% satisfaction guarantee, but we were given a discount. In general, I like Comfort Inn, it was just this particular one that was so dirty.

I've had reservation cancellation problems in general with Choice Hotels, Inc. They're definitely not my first choice. I prefer Hilton family hotels.

I traveled for a conference (not for work). It was the closest one, and was reserved by someone other than me, so I didn't and don't know much about the process except for the stay itself, which was pretty unremarkable, but not at all unpleasant.
