Okay
Room felt cramped; bathroom fan was incredibly loud; room was situated across from the ice machine (bad!); people upstairs sounded like elephants trampling; my car got hit in the parking lot; staff was friendly, though, and a late check-in was easy.
43 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Though convenient to my job, the stay here has been hard. I have repeatedly complained about bug bites to no avail. Spraying alcohol seems to kill the bugs. I have repeatedly asked for the refrigerator to be changed due to broken plastic, also to no avail. There have been quite a few internet access outages and everyone seems befuddled when asked about its status. The toilet is never adequately cleaned and looks gross because it has broken parts. Though I endure because it's relatively cheap, only the adventuresome willing to kill (mites, ticks, fleas) should be tempted and perhaps students who know how to rough it.

Excellent
I liked the size of the room and the amenities, fridge, microwave, hairdryer.The mattress not comfortable. Good location, great for business travelers.
