The front desk staff during my stay, especially the manager, was very unfriendly and acted like they were doing you a big favor if you asked for help about anything. I will drive on to Hammond instead of staying there again.

The experience was great. The owner went out of his way to help everyone, even those who he didn't have room for or those who were not staying there. He even helped people from England to get their rental car returned without a fee.
This was during an evacuation from home and the owner just made us feel comfortable, which made us feel secure in a stressful time.
