The staff was friendly. The hotel was conveniently located.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Albuquerque.
I might recommend it to friends.

49 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for business

The beds were horribly uncomfortable. I was very dissatisfied with the beds. They were hard, with thin mattresses. I went to a hotel to rest on a journey and I was unable to rest. We left after only a few hours and we did not stay the night because we could not sleep. Also it was noisy. The soundproofing was non existent. It rates as one of my worst hotel stays ever. Also, the pool was so over chlorinated that it hurt my eyes to sit beside it. I would not recommend it to tourists!

I am not likely to return to the Comfort Inn Albuquerque.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The lighting was poor and the lamps were all crooked. Other than that, it was fine.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Inn Albuquerque.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The hotel was conveniently located, near the airport and downtown. It was good value for the money.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The bed was comfortable.
