Comfort Inn Albany Airport Hotel

Small rooms, phone in room didnt work, had light bulbs out in room, no screen in window, room was filthy. Good luck trying to get new towels each day during your stay. Carpets are horrid and the whole place smells. The place even had a stairwell out of order!!!

It was conveniently located near the Albany airport. They take you to your terminal and they pick you up and take you to your car when you return.

Overall , the hotel was acceptable. The only negative aspect was that the conference room system was horrid. The speakers ended up not using it and shouted instead. Per my understanding, it was that way the past two years as well.

All was fine except the meeting room PA system was bad.

While secluded, it was across from a prison, not a welcome sight. Also, the conference room audio system was bad and made the speaker nearly impossible to understand. Otherwise, everything was great.
