Horrible
24 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Outside of hotel looks nice, but once inside, lamps didn't work, phone was broken, and there were no pillows in the room. Walked down from the 4th floor to talk to the front office, who said they didn't have any with pillow cases, and stated we probably didn't want to use them without the cases because we "don't know how many heads have been on them". He said he'd try to find some still, and bring them up to us in 5-10 minutes. Over 25 minutes later, now 12:30am.. still no pillows. I got the phone working for a minute and called the front desk. They made us come back down to the front office to pick up one pillow, and asked if we wanted to wrap the second one in a BED SHEET to cover it because they didn't have pillow cases. ?? Frightening - If they can't afford enough pillows and pillow cases to go around, what else do they take shortcuts on. I wonder if the bathrooms are cleaned, or if they're out of supplies for that too.

I am not likely to return to the Comfort Inn Airport South.
I would not recommend it to friends.

I was able to leave without a problem.Incorporative staff. Poor location, poor staff, poor food, poor/dirty room and they would not print me a receipt for business expenses.

Bad Management – Posted Sep 24, 2007

Horrible
46 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Stayed on a Park, Sleep & Fly Deal. Room Worn and Tired, Check in staff short and hurried although I was the only one there. Told upon return do not call hotel for transportation back to hotel but call Yellow Cab as that is the company they have a contract with. Upon return I called Yellow Cab and was given instructions. Yellow Cab returned us to the hotel but refused their voucher saying that he is from a different Yellow Cab than they have the contract with. Hotel Manager refused to pay the fare. I was stuck with a $30.00 Fare on top of the amount I paid to stay there. Manager refuses my calls and when I finally got him on the phone he hung up on me. Bad Service!

A regular hotel. – Posted Jun 15, 2007

Good

I don't like the elevator entry, too much tabacco smell.

Other than that, i like the room and services. And my favorite channel was not able to see. GolTV, by the way.

Good
by a traveler from Milner, GA
71 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

The location was far from restaurants and attractions, but there is a free shuttle from the airport. It does not make regular runs, but it is available by making a phone call. The room was large and very reasonable for senior citizens, and the free continental breakfast was ample and included waffles.

The price was very good. The receptionist was very helpful to us in making it possible for us to get a Wine Country tour.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Airport South.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I booked for this place online so I didn't know much about it, and that's why I made a mistake for booking at this place. The first thing that disappointed me is when I check-in at the lobby the clerk seems very indifferent and unfriendly...
