The agent at the desk in the morning was a bit less than cordial, but it may have been my fault. He was trying to help another guest and I butted in to answer one of the questions - and may have made a mistake in my view of the correct answer.

The agent at the desk was very nice and seemed to really appreciate me and my wife. She called us by name and smiled while she was doing her job.

The telephone reps are very pleasant and easy to work with. The 60 plus rate is difficult to get to at their website.

During our visit there was construction going on in the opposite wing from ours. There was no inconvenience brought about because of this work and the finished product appeared to be a great improvement.

The desk agent was most friendly and took the time to talk with us about our little puppy and where we were from. He was one of the nicest people we met on the entire trip.
