1. The first room that I stayed in for two nights the TV did not work. When I called the front desk to see if they could get some one to repair it, no one answered the phone.
2. The breakfast area was dirty, and was not stocked properly at all. The lady that was taking care of the restocking and cleaning acted as if she could care less. There were three toasters to make toast and not one was working.
3. The man that took our bags up to our room the first night, had the same clothing, full of paint, the whole time I was there.
4. On the second stay, the breakfast room was even dirtier then the first time. The tables were filthy, and I had to wait to get some toast wile a employee was making her breakfast. We tried to site at a table but all had rocking tops. We left and went out to have brunch.
5. On the second stay, there was only one set of hand towels and washcloths, for two people to use.
6. On the second stay, there was no hot water for two nights and again the TV was not working.
7. When I was checking-out, I told the front desk person about all of the problems. She was rude and said that all she could do was give me 20% off the bill for one night. What a joke.
8. This is a poorly run hotel I will never stay again.
9. If there was no cruise port, the hotel would be a home for the homeless.
10. I never paid so much, and got so little.
