The location was extremely easy to find. The access to the hotel was great. It was close to the airport, downtown and the Old Town. The parking was included which is not always the case in San Diego.

The room was comfortable. The personnel were not friendly. The staff took off without notice to attend a political rally and did not clean rooms that day. There are very few amenities. They have a poor quality parking facility with too many posts in the way of parking.

The rooms were fair and the staff took one day off and they did not clean rooms on that day. The management did not notify the customers nor provide service. The staff was totally unsympathetic to customers.

I stayed at this location to attend the MCRD Graduation, our shuttle driver was awesome. Check-in and all other services performed by the staff also awesome! I would recommend this location to everyone.
