The beds were horribly uncomfortable. I was very dissatisfied with the beds. They were hard, with thin mattresses. I went to a hotel to rest on a journey and I was unable to rest. We left after only a few hours and we did not stay the night because we could not sleep. Also it was noisy. The soundproofing was non existent. It rates as one of my worst hotel stays ever. Also, the pool was so over chlorinated that it hurt my eyes to sit beside it. I would not recommend it to tourists!

I would not recommend it to friends.

Property is in need of a good cleaning. There were stains on one of the pillows in the room I stayed in. The bathroom was not clean. The parking lot and stairs to the guest rooms need to be swept. I travel to New mexico often, and would not ever ...

This was to be a special weekend in a nice hotel. I have stayed in Comforts and always been pleased with them. I was shocked to find this one grubby. The carpets have an outline of dirt around the walls where the vacuume stops, this was in the room...
