Desk and housekeeping staff very polite and helpful at all times. A quiet, clean and secure environment. Nicely decorated. Pool and hot tub water clear and warm. Coffee bar and make-your-own waffles a plus in the mornings.

We made a reservation through their central reservations for a smoking room. When we arrived she said it was non-smoking which was wrong. They had a smoking room with a hot tub, but she would not give it to us at the quoted rate for no hot tub. Went ...

49 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
When we arrived they were doing some remodeling. They first gave us a room with no beds, then they gave us a room on the side that was being remodeled. This room only had beds, but we arrived late in the evening and slept there, but the clerk was very frustrated. The next day they got us a decent room, but there was no phone service. The phone was finally restored and, finally, the rest of the stay was fine.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Comfort Inn Airport.
I might recommend it to friends.

I was very happy with the service. We had booked a reservation online at the Days Inn which no longer existed. The number listed online called in to the Comfort Inn. The staff honored our reservation without hesitation and readied our room at lightning speed.
I was happy with the channel selection on the TV. The pool was nice, if a little shallow and small.
I am very likely
to return to the Comfort Inn Airport.

60 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I called a week ahead and placed a certain room on hold. I asked to speak to the manager who was not available, and staff could not tell me when he would be around.
On arrival, I was told that the room had already been given to another customer. The hotel was not busy at the time. The staff was indignant and did not offer an apology of any kind. I did not stay at the hotel.
