The staff was very friendly and helpful, they had directions to everywhere I needed to go. The continental breakfast had a make your own waffle station and they were super good! My room was clean, quiet and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area. Another plus is that the hotel is attched to The Outback Steakhouse and they do room service!

Pros: The attached Outback steakhouse, breakfast, had the basics and included a make your own waffle station, shuttle to MOA, & lots of fluffy pillows.
Cons: The shuttle to MOA not reliable-we waited in very cold weather at mall to return to hotel and shuttle passed us up at stop, had to wait another hour till next shuttle returned. The fireplace in the lobby was broken. Very disappointed with the hot water in the shower- was just warm when turned to its hottest setting through most of the shower, then went to scalding just before I was done. Rooms seemed to vary in our group even though booked together at the same rate. Our room on the 2nd floor had a old style hard mattress and simple furnishings and others in our group on the 5th floor had a newer style mattress and better furnishings.
After checking in, we arrived in our room to find a half eaten doughnut and food crumbs on our floor. Also, hairs on the washcloths!!! We knew it would be noisy due to it being close to airport but if you are looking for a quiet hotel, this is NOT...
