The service was great. Being handicapped, they made sure we were on the first floor. They also gave us six extra pillows to help me get a good night's sleep.

It is normally a good place to stay. During he most recent stay, however, they had me extremely frustrated in that there was a door lock problem which caused me to have to walk the length of the motel in order to get help. This went on for two days before it was corrected.

We try to stay at Comfort Inn when we travel because we can depend on clean rooms. The nonsmoking rooms don't smell like they used to be smoking rooms. They will help with luggage when needed and are pleasant about doing so.

This hotel made me feel respected: They asked if we qualified for senior rates and made sure we had the help we needed to get to the room. They checked to be sure the TV worked and that we were OK with the room. That was nice. Sometimes as seniors, we are brushed off.
