I have been using this hotel for years for our annual meeting. The facilities are inadequate, elevators are antiquated, and parking is atrocious. If had my way, we would not return there at all!

They were very cordial and helpful, offered any help to all of the questions that were asked of them. They made their customers feel very comfortable and pampered in spite of having a very full facility.
