whirl pool, and when I turned on the jets..ALL of sudden black and brownfflakes of junk came out of the jets and fill up the tub,the shower also had brown...

I found the location to be very convenient, we visited several sites in Akron north and south of the hotel and we were always about 10-15 minutes away.

Also, the local restaurants being within walking distance...(IHOP and STARBUCKS my favorites) was an added bonus as we did not have to keep taking the car out on every adventure. The hotel personnel were friendly and seemed to be happy. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was friendly... you could sit and talk to anyone in the breakfast nook area...everyone was relaxed and comfortable.

The hotel was fine, it served our needs at the time. The continental breakfast served in the morning was excellent.

It is located near the interstate and is clean and quiet.

They have keyed doors and there is a camera in the parking lot.

It had parking in front of the room door which is good. Everything was okay with the facilities.

I was in town to visit my sick grandmother. The weather was horrible, but the service and rooms were pleasant.

I no problems with this hotel and would recommend it to anyone else. I went there with friends the night before my wedding.

The TV did not work, the phone did not work, the hotel staff did not seem to care and they did nothing to fix it.

We've had better experiences at other hotels in this chain; this one badly needs renovation. Our smoking room smelled like it, while the rest of the hotel had a room deodorizer smell. Our room had dirty carpet and a burn hole in the upholstery. ...
