18 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel being located near the mall and cinema area is very convenient and easy to locate. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Check in and out was simple and quick.

We only stayed there because they advertised the indoor swimming pool and hot tub. They failed to tell us at check-in that the hot tub was out of service and was not fixed before we left. We were very disappointed.
