I notice the reviews of this hotel improve over time.
This hotel does not pretend to be something it is not. And its rates are in line with what it actually is... a decent place to sleep. It is quiet, the beds are comfortable. Families will probably like that it has a pool and people with pets are welcome. It is in a slightly strange location (near an auto lot) but it is convenient to many places.
I did not think the breakfast was very good, and the TV's are awful. In particular, the Chinese family that owns the hotel think that they should not pay for a decent cable package for their guests. That is the worst thing about the hotel.. the TV. But if you only want to sleep and leave or play in the pool its a good hotel at a SUPER price.

Love the location! Centrally located to everywhere including Sandy, Murray business area and many restaurants. Nice part is right across the street from 2 clubs for alcohol beverages (no strip clubs). Perfect location for business travelers during weekdays, do not like the idea of family hotel during the weekend. I tend to see many kids running around in the hall way and breakfast room during the weekend! However, not a great location for last minute travelers. Management tends to gouge the last minute travelers and conference groups, the sad thing is, most hotels in the area are doing the same thing during special event. Normally, you can get a decent price with advance reservation.
We stayed here because of the low rates. I was very surprised. The decor was older but the place was very clean. The service from the staff was excellent and it was just a very comfortable and kid friendly place. The indoor pool was fantastic. ...
I really enjoyed the place. It was a wonderful experience starting with finding the place. Like a scavenger hunt, you got to call over and over and they would give you one clue at a time and when you arrive, trust me you are so tired from the...
How do you think I felt when I pulled down the sheets to sleep, slid my tired body into the bed, and then noticed there was something sharp poking my feet??? The source: A treasure trove of scattered, yellow toe clippings from some neanderthal who ...

I did not like the motel mainly because we asked for a non smoking room and we got a room that smelled like it had been a smoking room and someone just sprayed some air freshener to make it a non smoking room. I had to wash all my clothing when I got home to get rid of the smell.
I am not likely
to return to the Comfort Inn.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Everything about this location is horrible. The rooms and hallways are filthy, and the pool is like the black lagoon. I advise anyone considering staying here to look down the road, there's much nicer rooms for the same money or less within a couple of miles.
