The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good.Shower had hair, linens had lint, bedspread was stained, and bathroom door did not close. Clearly the owners are trying to keep up but I think the clientele might be a bit rough on the rooms. The rooms...

Nothing.Nothing, crime ridden area. I would never recommend this hotel. Located in a crime ridden area, and the unit next to mine was robbed. The management did not seem to care. My worst experience yet.

Clean and adequate for one night stay.Not able to get food service. Nice clean presentable hotel in the middle of Hayward at a good price and served the purpose stayed overnight after visiting family for x-mas. I would stay here again.
