We have stayed here several times, but never again. I was tempted to give a mediocre rating because the hotel is very clean and the breakfast is average to good as far as continental breakfasts go. We stayed on the lower level and the noise above us was absolutely ridiculous. We called the front desk several times and they could not remedy the problem. Finally in the middle of the night, the only option we had was to gather all of our belongings and move. I felt that we were being put out and we were not causing the trouble. When we spoke to the mgr. the next day she was unsympathetic and offered an insincere apology. We mentioned that we were not 100% satisfied and hoped they would back up the 100% satisfaction guarantee that they proudly post in all of their rooms. We had stayed 2 nights and simply asked for reimbursement for the evening we had all of the trouble, we were told that the 100% guarantee does not apply to NOISE. We tried to handle things at a higher corperate level and were directed right back to the same mgr. since this Comfort Inn is a franchise. We were offered 20% off our next stay. We will NEVER use this offer - it was bad enough we were so sleep deprived it ruined our trip, then to get treated like we were trying to scam them by making them hold true to their promise of a 100% guarantee was down right insulting. So I say stay away and they should rename their establishment Discomfort Inn.
