Comfort Inn Motel - Page 1

My wife and I checked in at 11pm on the 17th of August and the front desk clerk was extremely pleasant and helful with info about local attractions. Her name was Janice and she was the only nice employee that we dealt with.

Once checked in, we saw that the room was very clean & orderly. We drove all day and didn't even go to sleep until 2am, so we were very tired. We woke up at just past 7am the next morning because of a screaming baby next door. We had paid for our 2 sons to be watched for 2 days so we could go on this trip, so a screaming baby was the last thing we wanted to have to deal with. The walls seemed paper thin and we could hear everything. Even the parents talking. We tossed and turned for another hour with the baby screaming through the wall and then called the front desk to complain. They were absolutely no help and acted as if we were bothering them. No discount, no call to the loud occupants next door, no apology...nothing. The staff don't care. They're just there for a paycheck. And I guess they don't adhere to their own guarantee (which is pretty clear).

Terrible continental breakfast in a very small overcrowded room. We checked out early and will never give another cent to Comfort Inn. Thanks for a terrible start to my birthday. Not a good way to do business and Not recommended at all.

The room was very small and cramped, but everything was clean and service was great. They serve a hot complimentary breakfast, and it was in a good location.

this hotel was very bad the manager was very rude so was the owner we had 3 nights left after 1 the breakfast was a joke

Their pet policy was not good.
