Stayed here for a conference, and found out the rate offered was higher than that offered normally. despite negotiating a lower rate, this was not honoured.
room was pokey - could use the dunny whilst showering. Room maintenance was poor.
The staff were very friendly but room was small dirty and too hot. There was a noisy fan or pump running all night. View of other bedrooms. Breakfast was on a first come first served ,food ran out . location great 1 minute from center.
The Hotel Opera is right in the centre of Lille and an ideal place for a low-cost city break. It's 5 minutes walk from the train stations (Eurostar and TGV) and 1 minute from the main tourist hotspots.
