Great for location, comfort, & staff

58 year old with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
What a surprise to see a two star rating for this hotel. I thought the location was great. There are so many places to be able to walk to from there, also the trolley was not very far to get to the furthest places you wanted to go to. The location was great if you wanted to take a cab anywhere, the price was not much to return to the hotel. The rooms were very nice and the bed were great. The staff was extremely helpful with answering any and all questions we had as far as sightseeing and helping us set up tours and recommending places to eat. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Also the parking was free which you do not find at alot of hotels in San Francisco.
