Columbus Airport Marriott Hotel - Page 2

It was my first stay at a Marriott hotel. The service was exceptional and quick. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This hotel made me feel inspired: I was made to feel that I was only person staying there. The employees were top-notch.

The hotel was easy to get to. It was close to the airport, restaurants, and downtown Columbus.

This hotel made me feel welcome: It had a friendly and helpful staff.

We did not receive the room location we had requested; but the error was quickly corrected and the staff helped us move our luggage. The room service was the quickest, most efficient and best food we've ever had, bar none.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was prompt to answer any questions or requests. We were there for a convention, so there were a lot of people in our party.

The room was nicely appointed. The location was central to CMH but there wasn't much else close by in the immediate area.

This hotel made me feel respected: They were very helpful to me. Anything I needed they got for me. I had a medical problem and one of the staff took me to Wal-Mart so I could get batteries for my insulin pump.

Have always been happy with the service here.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We were stranded at the airport due to flight cancellations. Staff was very friendly. Front desk clerk was able to give me a lower rate than the 'distressed traveler' rate was quoted on the phone.
