56 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
It was spacious, comfortable, and had a well-appointed room and bath. I loved the bathrobe! It had a very comfortable bed in which I slept well. They have a very efficient, friendly staff with quick check-in and check-out. Our Wyndham by Request snack was ready for us in the room.
It was a quiet, clean, efficient operation with a touch of class. The room locks were adequate and in good order. There was a nice, peaceful atmosphere about the place.
I am very likely
to return to the Colorado Springs Marriott.
I might recommend it to friends.

The location is very difficult to get to. The hotel did not have any easily visible signs of its name that could be seen from the road. The hotel is under a major renovation project.
The bed and the bedding were very nice, almost like the Hyatt beds.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Colorado Springs Marriott.
I might recommend it to friends.

We had the prime rib for dinner, which was a very poor cut of meat. The waiter did nothing. We did comment. Our room was not clean, the drapes were dirty, the carpets were dirty and the chair was broken. We have complained and have not had a reply from the manager. We would not stay in the Wyndham again. We advise you look elsewhere if you wish to visit Colorado Springs, CO.
