Loved the decor of the rooms and the beautiful grounds. Lovely poolside brunch on Sunday with retro jazz band. Stayed here in February 06 when participating in the Tour de Palm Springs bike ride. It was a great place to relax after a long ride!

Excellent
Everything I wanted was right there on the grounds. Perfect setting for relaxation and dining.I did not like the $18 resort fee. We loved it so much that after our stay. Everything was perfect. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and stocked with...
I loved this hotel due to the service throughout and the size of the room and the included amenities. The pool area and restaurant are gorgeous. It's a little further from downtown compared to other hotels, but I believe it's worth it. The room...
There could not have been more to dislike about this Hotel. From the essentially non existent room service, to the food which was mediocre and priced as if it were the recipient of a 3 star Michelin rating. The ice machines requiring a room ...

It was a very nice place to relax and visit. I appreciated the pool table in the lobby and I really liked the central location to downtown Palm Springs.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Colony Palms Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Extremely risky the hotel is nicely appointed and in a great location, but that great location can sound like spring break right outside your window every night until 2 am. And dont count on the management to have any sympathy ask them and there is no problem. So the fact that you spend over $200 a night for a room in which you cant get any sleep is not a concern to them. The severe lack of attentiveness by the management to this problem was a shock for me when we stayed there they were unwilling to move us to a quieter location. It was only due to the fact that my husband went down to the front desk with his suitcase in hand at 1:30 am and demanded to call the manager at home that she reluctantly agreed to move us, and it was only for only one night. Needless to say, we didnt stay there any longer. It was the most egregious lack of hospitality that I have ever experienced in the hospitality industry.
