Horrible
I travel more than half the year on business and this is one of the worst hotels I have visited. I was put in a room where someone had smoked and no remedy supplied. Uncomfortable bed. Only nominally clean. This place is awful. Stay away.

Excellent
Nice clean hotel. I stayed with my young daughter and husband. We were out mostly but enjoyed a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed. Pool was beautiful- a bit cold but nice.
pros: Nice rooms, great locationThe room was fantastic, very clean, very nice and modern (this was the deluxe room, $20 more than the normal one I think). The only non-working thing was the bathroom fan, very minor. However, we were EXTREMELY...

Mediocre
As soon as I entered the lobby, I knew I had made a mistake. It looks like it was decorated in the late 60's or early 70's. It was an extremely depressing experience. I am sure that it was a fancy hotel in the 1970's, but it is very worn. The...

The amenities are nice and clean, the concierge was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to the train, T and local shopping. The view is not great (might be better on higher floors). The attached parking lot is being worked on, so...

Horrible
If you want a place where the lights may not come on, where the water pressure is minimal, and where the air conditioning is minimal, then this is the place for you. Conference attendees beware! This hotel should be avoided.

Okay
The hotel and our room was nice and quite comfortable, although I was expecting the room to be a bit nicer given the high rating here. The toilet in the room didn't work, but it was repaired as soon as we brought it to their attention. The...
pros: location, but still not worth staying thereThis hotel is one of the most disappointing places I have ever stayed (and I travel extensively all over the world, typically in very high-end hotels). They adverstise themselves as a luxury and...
The Colonnade served our every purpose for our visit to Boston. We went for our daughters 10th birthday to see the Red Sox and the location was perfect. The staff was tremendous from helpful hints for dining to directions to sites. They even sent...
