Colonial Mountain Inn Motel - Page 1

We have been staying at this hotel for the past 25 years, it is very clean and out of the Branson traffic, which is a big plus. Close to food without having to drive. I personally find the lady who owns it very nice and always willing to help make your trip enjoyable. It is also close to Silver Dollar City and that is the main reason we go to Branson. We stayed here when our children were growing up and now with our grandson.

This is a family run motel. The water slide is awesome. The last reviewer wrote about the "mean lady at the desk". This woman owns the motel and runs the business doing the best she can after her husband pasted away a few years back. Unfortunatly she cannot afford to retire. It is not perfect but the place has clean rooms, an awesome water slide and is not owned by some huge corporation. We go back every year.

My family has stayed at this Motel once a year for several years.. This is the one place my son wants to spend his birthday. We all love the pool and the slide. Everyone is always very nice and helpful. My family will continue to stay here that one time a year for my sons birthday.

I did not like the fact that the pool was not clean, there was a dead frog and a bird in the pool. The water smelled like a skunk and the desk lady was really hateful and her dogs were a pain. She needs to put them up instead of bothering the people staying there.
