They Never change the bed sheets, also getting new towels is a project in itself.
When I asked for a late checkout they just seemed so amazed and the owner said "I will give you 10 minutes" after which the owner came knocking, literally driving me out. I had to pack my stuff on the road. It's amazing how asking for an extra 1-2 hours for somebody to leave beacme such a big issue.
The location is ok, the rooms are ok, but the way they treat you is shit. Once you have paid and they have nothing more to get out of you, you will see how they change their behaviour towards you if you happen to need anything.

It's hard to find a reasonably-priced place to stay in Marin. This one is adequate, if all you need is a decent room to sleep in because you're going to be out and about a lot. In other words, not much ambiance. When I was there, the motel was...

Good
pros: Cheap, Clean, QuietStrip Motel - the place was clean (carpet is a bit worn), cheap ($45 the night we stayed) had cable TV and was quiet. The town is cute and is about 1/2 mile away.
