Colonel Williams Motor Inn - Page 1

I have not been to this resort yet, but my experience online left much to be desired. The slide show and information was fine, but you can't book a room online. You have to call the 800 number. When I did, I was put on hold for over 15 minutes! I stayed on hold and dialed the 800 number again on my cell phone. When the woman answered, I told her I have been on hold and asked her to pick up the line! She finally did and I booked the room. So far, I'm not impressed with this place, but hope to have a nice stay in August.
