Mediocre
Location.Rooms tiny, furnishings getting worn, bathroom needed paint. Rooms tiny, furnishings getting worn; bathroom wall patches lacked paint, no A/C if it were to be needed. A 1940's era motel trading on its Montecito location without the value of ...
Small, quaint, lovely. WONDERFUL staff. Cozy rooms, but VERY clean. The free "continental breakfast" at the neighboring restaurant was AWFUL. How can you ruin oatmeal? A quaint charmer on a quiet street. Our room was tiny, but met all of our needs....

pros: Pretty, Personal, BreakfastThe Coast Village Inn is not much of an "inn", but is a gem of a motel. Their standard rooms are small, but service is friendly, the hotel is quiet and private and clean, and the restaurant on the parking lot is...
pros: location, price, breakfastWe reserved a room on line for 12/17/03 for $69...regular price $150. When we got there they upgraded us to a $165 room for free. The price included a continental breakfast at the restaurant next door.
The price seemed high for a larger room that promised a kitchenette. It was really a frig in the cabinet with the TV. They charge extra for a crib. My only two good points are the complementary breakfast and the heated pool. The staff was very kind...
